Individual Therapy

Thankfully, there is no one else like you! Whether you are finding yourself in a moment to crisis, or there has been something in the back of your mind for many years, I am here to support you and work through whatever is on your mind.

Individual counselling is an incredibly helpful step towards improved overall health. According to The Aviva Health of the Nation Index (2013), in 2012 a total of 202 GPs reported that 84% of their appointments were attributed to issues with stress and anxiety, with 55% reporting mental health issues.

In individual therapy sessions, we will sit together (virtually or in person) and talk so that you do not have to carry the weight of whatever ails you alone.
