There are many ways to define a relationship. There are also many ways in which a relationship can require support. We have worked with many pairings of people such as intimate partners, familial relationships, friendships, and more. Perhaps you are someone who feels you need help with communication. Perhaps you feel you have “lost the spark”. Perhaps you and your partner are looking to exit your relationship and are requiring some support in how to navigate that decision.
We use an eclectic approach in working with couples, with an emphasis in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I work to find the root of the issue and uncover ways to create reconciliation.
